These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 75db platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Members" or "Players"). By accessing the 75db website or mobile version, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the 75db platform. Declaring your age at the time of registration is mandatory. We may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

75db offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (deposit + bonus). This means you must wager 10 times the total of your deposit and bonus before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP cashback is credited to the member's account every Monday. The wagering requirement for cashback is 1x.

5.1 Deposit Terms

75db supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled, but the cancelled amount will be returned to the gaming balance.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

If any of the above activities are proven, all associated accounts will be permanently closed, balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Account Closure by 75db

75db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Refusal or failure to complete identity verification.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory authority directives.
• Security threats or suspicious activity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
